After nearly 3 months working alongside Cory, I have lost weight, burned fat, gained muscle and built confidence.

My initial stance on exercise was that if you don't sweat hard and hurt in the morning, you're not going hard enough. Since starting my programmes with Cory, I'm exercising comfortably with minimal sweating and leaving sessions feeling energetic with no pain.

This took time to get used to.. but the results are incredible!

I am so happy with my progress to date and can't wait to continue working alongside him to reach my goals with his support and encouragement.

Before training with Cory I would train excessive cardio and see no results, I was under eating/over training. Over the years of training with Cory he has pushed me out of my comfort zone and his guidance i am able to have consistency/structure when it comes to my training and diet.

He has taught me that I can be kind to my body and enjoy treats on a regular basis but still see results which is a personal struggle I have been dealing with for a long time. Cory has designed a program for me which has allowed me to  gain strength and power as well as focusing on different compound exercises/rep ranges so it keeps it interesting. As a result of this I am now able to lift nearly double the weight with the correct form.

My biggest win so far is that Cory has taught me how to track my food/calories which is something I never thought I’d do. This has helped me to build on my strength and become so much more confident in my body.

I have trained with other trainers in the past. Most offer a generic training program and just try and wear you out. Cory's approach is different. He takes the time to actually assess your lifestyle and creates plan to suit based on the goals you want to achieve. With his help I went from 112 kg down to 78 kg.

We've since reassessed the goals and I have managed to put back on more lean muscle weight and have managed to maintain a healthy balance lifestyle since. If you want to achieve long-term health, Cory offers coaching which gives a consistent methodical approach.

He's also very passionate about what he does. Cory explains while there is no easy, simple fix or shortcuts, making a few changes to lifestyle in a consistent manner can have a profound effect. Cory training has a profound lasting positive effect on my life and I cannot recommend him enough.

I wanted to work with Cory because so many of the local Mum's had had positive
experiences getting healthy and stronger with him. Cory's programs have been enjoyable and sustainable for me and he's helped me feel less intimidated by the gym. Many of the exercises I've been given have helped me get out of my comfort zone and build confidence.

Since working out with Cory's program I've felt stronger and happier. Being able to swing on the monkey bars with my kids has been a big win. My goal is to maintain my consistency and continue to build strength in a sustainable manner.

answer any questions. I love using the True Coach app as it keeps me on target with my training and the videos are a great help if I am unsure about something. Having recently recovered from a major surgery, Cory really listened to what areas I needed to work on, the programmes he sets have awesome variety and challenge. I have noticed a huge improvement in my mobility and strength, thanks Cory!
